Coaching really helps you to create more self-awareness, which then has the potential for deep transformation. A coach can pick up on your patterns and help you to create new narratives for yourself, and new roads to walk down, leading to a much freer and more fulfilled way of living.
Coaching helps to get rid of any limiting beliefs, is forward thinking, and offers a hope of long term fulfilment and healing.

As Susan David states (Author of Emotional Agility), “How people feel impacts how they love, their relationships, how they live, and how they parent.” This is a sentence that I wholeheartedly believe in, and this is where I see coaching at its finest.
