My Coaching Sessions
I offer 1:1 coaching from my office based in Lincoln. I also offer this service over Zoom & Teams; making coaching fully accessible.
Sessions are 50-60 minutes long and cost £55
Mother-Daughter Coaching
Certified Mother-Daughter Coach by Mother-Daughter Coaching International. I also worked as Director of Operations for Mother-Daughter Coaching International for over 2 years.
Sessions can be held face to face, or over Zoom or Teams. Please see my Mother-Daughter Coaching page for full information.
Sessions are 60 minutes long.
To gain the full benefit and impact of this specialized coaching, it is recommended to commit to 1- 2 sessions as an individual (however I understand everyone’s needs are different) with mother-daughter couples usually requiring between 5-6 sessions.

As a Trauma Informed Coach, I can coach you around your trauma, and as a Grief & Loss Informed Coach, I can help you navigate your way through this challenging time.
Meditation and Mindfulness Practice (including Trauma Sensitive Mindfulness)
I have a background in practical philosophy with The School of Philosophy and Economic Science, being initiated into their School of Mediation in Sheffield. I can help guide you with mediation practice and mindfulness, within your coaching sessions. In the fall of 2022, I undertook a course on the ‘Practice of Trauma Sensitive Mindfulness.’
There are several science-based benefits of mediation, including stress and anxiety reduction, enhancing self-awareness, help with sleep and pain control, as well as promoting good mental health.
I am a full member of The Association of Coaching, and Mother-Daughter Coaching International, abiding by their Code of Ethics.
